Well done FNB Bridge City

I am a new Fnb customer my first experience with their branch was not at all a good experience the que was too long and services was slow I understood that was due to Covid 19 rules and regulations. The I had to go back to the branch the que was long and I had blocked my card while using the ATM and I was on duty at work I got to there and realized that I was going to be late at work I walked up to a lady that was pregnant and I explained my situation to her. She did not waste any time she to me to a consultant and explained to the consultant he to assisted me promptly and I was back at work in no time. We always voice the bad that happens in a business just thought I should share this and thank the FNB Bridge City staff.
