I received a most *********** response from M*******e M*****e regarding complaint reg. 5284***NF. The reply I received had zero bearing on my complaint. It is very clear rhat S*******e M*****e has a literacy problem in not understanding and furthermore in the response it was clear a numeracy problem. As someone who brings foreign investment into South Africa every month and a tax payer in South Africa and the UK, the incompetency and disrespect from FNB staff I have never experienced with my bank in UK. South Africa is considered as junk status for foreign investment and here is FNB showing total incompetence and disrespect to myself bringing in foreign money. I have logged complaints with FNB which are over 2 years old that have never been answered and the biggest insult from FNB is when there staff phone you and ask you to do there work for them, in asking for information which FNB should have but they FNB staff are too lazy, too *********** and/or too stupid to do this for themselves. I am positive nothing will happen with this complaint, it will just be met with more FNB incompetence and lies.
