On Sunday I have app**** for a personal loan at the atm, i have received a message that says it is pre approved. They said they would contact me shortly, it has been 72 hours and nothing. Today i wanted to follow up and each consultant transferred me to the same menu option over and over again it is pathetic service. All i want to know is it approved or declined.
