Weeks to reopen business account

I reopened my business account with FNB. The corporate details and everything is exactly the same, I just didn’t trade and I wasn’t planning on reopening my business until this month. I have now completed the same forms for weeks and i still can’t transfer funds to my business account as capital to pay suppliers. I have been a loyal customer since 2003 , if not sooner, no man, DO BETTER! Sort this out please. Taking WEEEKS!
