Week over still no result! Revolving Loan disappointment.

I am not sure should i greet or not? Yes, weeks is over still no result from FNB complain i already opened on Hellopeter. why my Revolving Loan Credit Amount is disappeared? Mr David Mn... tried his best. Seems like his best is not enough. May i ask two questions? 1- Why did you change me all those months and get R69 service fee? 2- How come your Loan department have bunch of useless stuff who even can't figure out what is happening in my account? Please stop giving me a lots junk spam call from FNB and try to sell me any of your credit products. i ll think 10 times, before i get any product from Fnb. If they treat me like this almost after 10 years what a shame for their new customers. Think twice before becoming FNB customer!!!
