Week of stories

Double payment was made on Dstv account.When i asked for a reversal,dstv want a payment notification.FNB said they cant send me one,instead the send me a payment reversal.Dstv dont understand I cant get a notification,instead they send me a debit order form.For a whole week I tried to get money reversed each and every customer agent tells me another story
