Website out of action

This morning I made a transfer from my cheque account to my Credit Card. Then (as usual) I want to transfer money into my personl loan account, but it does not give me the option. Then I tried to pay this money to another bank so I can pay it directly from that bank into the personal account number, but I received NO OTP. I tried twice today. I have written two emails with no response. Very frustrating!!!
