Website Fail

There was a 24hour special that ended midnight and I wanted to use my ebucks to make the purchase.<br> My daily limit was set to 5000 ebucks. I logged onto the ebucks site and change the limit under my profile.<br> However, every time I would log out it would revert to back to 5000 even though I saved the changes and it showed as saved. I tried with another browser and device and no change.<br> I could not purchase the item and now have to try and get the 5000 ebucks back from the seller.<br> Looks like the IT techs are twiddling their thumbs.
