Website details not updated.

I have an investment that expired from NedBank. I'm in the process to shop around for the best interest rates. I went into FNB's website and it showed the 5 year investment rates is 7.8% I also looked on the website, and it showed my local branch opens at 9am. When I got there early and they have opened already. Worst, when someone helped me, they said the website have not been updated and the interest rates are only 6.5% FNB, we invest our money every year for our retirement. This was a great opportunity for FNB to have us for clients, but this just showed me that I can not trust FNB as a bank. I took off from work for absolutely nothing but have my time waisted. This is unacceptable service levels, but not professional does not matter how you look at it.
