Website broken--again
Here we go again. Is there no end to the stupidity and incompetence we are forced to experience as FNB customers? I tried to contact my 'private banker' via your website--which is thoroughly broken--and received an error message 'request returned no data.' I have no other way to contact you than by complaining on this third party complaints site. Here is the message I wanted to send to you:--
Good day,
I tried to increase my payment limit to accommodate a payment that must be made today, but I cannot because when I insert my card no. & PIN it gives an error message saying 'tenant card.'
I have no idea what that means, and it is clear that your IT department bring not an ounce of intelligence to their work, and are too lazy to test their software before foisting it on customers.
I want this fixed as a matter of urgency, and expect a satisafactory response before close of business today.
You cannot contact me by telephone; respond by email.
Good day Mark Widdicombe,
I acknowledge receipt of your complaint and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
