Wealth Shortfall and Cancellations team still dragging FNB brand to the bin!
We are in the process of purchasing a property which we found out after signing the Offer to Purchase has been attached by FNB. Between the attorneys STBB and FNB, the delay being caused by the transfer on the property is ridiculous. Apart from trying to get a hold of Mpinane Mokoatsi in the Wealth and Shortfalls the service from FNB remains poor even after two hellopeter posts because on the 23rd November Mpinane finally got back to me and promised that he would provide the required documentation to the attorneys by 26th November 2018. He still has not sent the documentation and does not respond to emails and calls. As things are, the seller (who is their client), is at risk of being in breach of the contract due to the transfer deadline being missed. FNB has no concept of customer service and only responds in hellopeter for PR purposes and not to really change or learn anything from it. It’s just a tick boxing exercise...not my kind of bank, that’s for sure.
