On the 12th of January I was logged on to the FNB site and I clicked on the \Contact your team of bankers"button and posted a request. I received an auto-reply email and a notification that my query will be resolved withing one business day.<br> <br> But one business day came and went with no information from FNB. My money is missing and I am losing more money by the day due to the pathetic performance of their \""share saver\"" product."""
