We will NEVER use FNB again!!!!! Worst service you will ever get!

Absolute ****! We called and emailed on a query they said they can do that for us over the phone after going through the whole process they ended the call with no sorry you have to go in to the bank. Got at the bank they then said they cant do it there you have to call someone. We sat with an fnb agent to call this department where they said we have to send an email and we are back to square one . 2 weeks and no response????? I will never use FNB again! Worst customer support ever. Stop redirecting everything and everyone and do you job!!!!!!!
