Im dismally disappointed by FNB with their services, we have a International course we a running as a National Sport Federation (South African Taekwondo Federation) of which it elevates our sports in S.A as this is also a Olympic sporting code, the acknowledge for S.A to build and advance the dynamics of taekwondo through generating more quality, professional Instructors. We expecting more projects and programmes to be awarded to us S.A for this purpose but at the moment with the service from FNB its going to damage our reputation not only as a Organisation but as a Country as well.

We received funds from our International Federation to conduct this Course inline with the standards of the IOC (International Olympics Committee) projects awarded to International Federations yearly and now we sit with a dilemma whereby our funds for this purpose is frozen due to NLC (National Lottery Commissions) ***** investigations which has no link to us as an Organisation (Non Profit Organisation).

Our course is currently running but we have outstanding services we need to pay urgently which is our accommodation and daily meals which is crucial to the success of our course.

WHAT DO WE DO AND HOW CAN THIS BE RESOLVE CAUSE THE FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT AT THE MOMENT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY INVESTIGATIONS WHAT SO EVER AS WE HAVE FORWARDED ALL RELEVANT PROOF OF PAYMENTS AND TRANFERS AS REQUESTED AND WE ARE STILL SITTING WITH NOWHERE TO GO...THIS IS SAD THAT YOUR OWN BANK WHICH YOU SHOULD TRUST WITH MONEY CAN TREAT ITS CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS AND STILL WITHOUT A RESOLUTION...
