I have tried to contact bothy home loan sales consultant and my private banker to find out about the process of my loan application and the timelines. I have emailed and asked them to call me, I have called and spoken with other consultants who have emailed them to ask them to phone but still no one has called I would suggest skipping the private clients story as it costs more but you get very little in return
