We decide what is convenient for you

FNB has unilaterally decided that it is "convenient" for me not to receive monthly credit card statements. Instead it is "convenient" for me to use a malfunctioning app. Actually, FNB, it is "convenient" for you to keep sending me and those customers who require it credit card statements.

I already refused to move my cheque account to you, I already cancelled eBucks and I already use the FNB credit card a lot less than I used to. Will FNB get the hint that it keeps losing revenue from me and other customers? It went from being an innovative bank years ago to being an up-yours-customers bank. Fix your "convenience" and "rewards" issues.
