we deal with dozens of people but get bad advice

Our NGO, the WoMin Alliance, opened a bank account with FNB last year. We filled in many forms for our trustees, scattered across the region, including couriering around something called the KYC form at great cost and incovenience. We dealt with at least 10 consultants at this time in the call centre, branch and another office of FNB in Braampark. We even had to take the original passport of one of our trustees in to verify her identity at Braampark. At the tail end of the process we were told we needed an enterprise banking account and these forms we had gathered were not required. In February 2016 I contacted the call centre to open a second account for a german funder. We have again been contacted by a number of different consultants and received a request for the same KYC forms to be completed. It seems the nightmare is starting over and the call centre has been no help at all. I finally spoke to a call centre manager, Dumisani, on Thurs and he indicated he would follow up with someone called Charles Ford to assist us. Dumisani gave every assurance he and this Mr Ford would be in contact on Friday morning. Nothing! The call centre is hopeless and we are lost!
