We cannot help you with a simple business task ????

Estate agents affairs board requires a simple letterhead from my bank stating an erroneous account that EAAB have attributed to my profile does not belong to me. My branch cannot provide this at Vincent park east London and the tellers and manager have tried to assist as best they can . FNB offer a private banking service to long standing clients but cannot even do this simple task. This is critical to my income generation ability . All I need is a letter stating the account is not mine on a bank letterhead . They certainly cannot "help me " in this case as their adverts state
