We can not help you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service from FNB as there has been a hold on my revolving loan Facility since 21 Nov 2021. Phoned this morning and spoke to 4 different agents and the Manager. no one can assist me. they gave me *** to phone and they agents answer the phone but do nit even speak> the service is appalling. I think the slogan of "How can we help you?" should change to We can not help you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
