WE ARE TREATED AS A ROBOT NOT A PESON WITH DIFFRENT NEEDS JUST LIKE THE SYSTEM WE HAVE TO COMMUNICATE WITH

I am very frustrated with the fact that we as individuals are left in the hands of a system . Went to the bank to ask for a temporary overdraft for a few months because online it is close to imposable and apparently in the branch as well.. Circumstances to EVERY person if different but we are left in the hands of a system with NO PERSONAL EMPATY. JUST SORRY THE SYSTEM DOESNT ALLOW IT OR YOU HAVE BEEN DECLINED. We have gone through deep waters the last few years and are doing all we can to get back on track. Never have I not paid my debt of had a judgement. I might have paid a bit late but never ever in 28 years did i not pay my debt of made unnecessary debt. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO EXPLAIN THAT TO YOUR SYSTEM
