We ALWAYS are experiencing a higher than "normal" call volume!!!

I opened two FNB Youth Accounts last week. I missed the section on the application where I was supposed to upload the birth certificates.

Since then NO ONE at FNB has any clue how to get the accounts un-blocked!

I have sent numerous emails to KYC with the required documents with no joy. I get told it take 24 hours to activate. I am now going over 48 hours.

Every time I call I have to wait for almost an hour. Your chat agent gave me an email address that doesnt even exist after over an hour wait!!!

I need these accoubnts open to withdraw investment funds and your stuff up is holding up the entire process!!!!!!!!!!!!!
