Way past turnaround time - Still no care attitude

Went to the Centurion Lifestyle Centre branch on 10 November 2023 to have Enterprise Banking activated. Was told that I will be contacted after 48 hours to help me register for the Enterprise banking. Phoned FNB Business banking on 21/11/2023 and again on 23/11/2023 to find out when someone will contact me to get registered. Both times it was escalated to the Team Leader as it was way past the turnaround time. Guess what? I am STILL WAITING!! How must I make payments if FNB can't even help me to get registered?? We are suffering consequences because FNB doesn't care about our business!!
