Watch out! You have no way to cancel a revolving credit facility through FNB!!!

In April I took out an overdraft and was offered a revolving credit loan from FNB. I did not use the revolving credit at all, but noticed R69 being deducated from my account each month as a service fee for this facility. Beginning of August I attempted to cancel this facility, however, FNB does not offer you the ability to cancel the service online (had no issue giving you the service online but you cannot cancel it online). There is also no contact number for the revolving credit. I called my premier banking beginning of August to cancel the facility which told me they would "open a case" with the relevant team. To my suprize, beginning of September another fee went off and when I logged back into FNB online banking the facility is still in place.

I called the FNB premier callcentre last week Monday (RK***) which again told me that they have now escalated the matter and the facility should be closed within a day or 2. 1 week later and nothing has happened.

FNB is forcing me to pay for a credit facility I don't want and offers me no method to cancel the facility. This is gross inappropriate credit practises and I am resorting to hellopeter with the hopes that this can be escalated. If not, I will pursuit the NCR as you simply cannot force me in a credit facility which I have to pay a service fee for and not offer me any recourse in cancelling the facility.
