Watch out for old laptops from FNB Connect

I received a replacement unit for my HP i5 that was faulty, had a expired warranty and component issues. When I was told my laptop will be replaced I was promised that FNB will supply me with a brand new HP i5 with a valid warranty. FNB in the end supp**** me with....the same old expired stock

The replacement unit has been checked and it shows that it is also out of warranty! I requested a proof of my purchase from FNB, which was not supp****. I requested a proof of warranty of my unit from FNB, which was not received.

1. I cannot dispute my HP warranty with the manufacturer without proof of purchase / contract 2. I was informed by the FNB representative that the replacement is a brand new unit with a valid warranty

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PROMISED PACKAGE.

Your package I signed up on clearly stated the item has a 2 year warranty. First I received a outdated faulty unit without warranty. It was then replaced with a unit that had a boot error on start up, works well but has NO WARRANTY. Additional to the warranty the McAfee anti-virus is also expired, meaning I will NOT get the 1 year free as supp**** by manufacturer.

So hereby I request that FNB replace the unit they supp**** me with, that does not meet the package criteria as advertised by FNB, with a model that meets the criteria of the package FNB advertised and signed my device contract on. The following unit is new and has exactly the same components except for the processor: HP 15-dw3000ni i7 Laptop

I want proof of purchase / contract agreement. I want proof of valid warranty.

6 month old laptop and the USB is faulty. As suspected from all the previous lies I received from FNB, it shows no warranty when I report it online with HP. What are you going to do about this?
