Wasting your time

I went the other day in by their canal walk branch to enquire about opening an account for my 8 year old daughter, why the info desk has been taken away God alone knows!! Now you get 2 people standing by the door to give out tickets and apperentky wrong information!!! They gave me a form my mom must fill in because I don't have proof of address and I had to bring her rates paper which I just did and was refused by the consultant to open account and apparently the bank manager after wasting my time and sitting in the queue!!! Why give out this form and tell you your mum must fill in then give a different story when you get here!!! Then the consultant wanted to load it and I had to come another day for God alone knows what!!! The service seems to be slacking!!!
