Wasting my time!

I app**** for a Revolving Loan over the phone. I was told that according to your so-called system I am in debt review. However, I am no longer in debt review, for some months, and having obtained a court rescission order in December.<br> So I was told to go through to my branch and to take a copy of the order through to them and that they would do a manual application and flag my record accordingly.<br> So on Tuesday 5th Dec I went into Vineyard Road branch, Claremont and went through the process. I was tod by the consultant that he would email my court order through to the FNB credit department. All good.<br> Today I called your call centre only to be told that my loan was declined because I'm under debt review!!!!<br> ***??? Wish I could just change banks right now. So useless it's scary! 4 days and all my time only to be stuffed around. Waste of time FNB!
