Wasting my time

My branch is Woodbridge. Sunday I decided to go to Greenstone to make a deposit. Off line, then East Gate off line, then Bedford Centre off line and the Woodbridge off line.

Then Monday I go to Woodbridge for change no R10's, go back today no R10's

I feel like FNB has lost it.
