Wasting me time and money

Why is going online when they are not ready I opened a business account on Monday, they told me to email them my company documents which I did on Tuesday, they said it takes 3 working to work on these documents, today is Friday. I decided to call them, a lady on the phone said FNB will call me in 4 hours, it didn't happen. So I had to leave work early so I can go the branch, when I got to the branch they said there's nothing they can since I've already emailed the documents. Doesn't opening account online supposed to save me time? Am I really saving time now I'm just losing both time and money? And frustration to top it all? What's the point of opening an account and putting a hold on it? Eish?
