Wasted time inside a branch.

So I just spent an hour and a half with my 3 little kids at your Eastrand mall branch only to get home and find my problem has not been solved please can someone help me log onto my online banking profile so that I may withdraw my PayPal funds.

Also there was not a computer for me to get things done while I was there I trusted that what the PayPal agent said to me and still I'm having issues I just need my Online banking profile username help me please.
