Wasted 40 f...... minutes!!!!!!

<p>Thanks FNB Gezina for wasting my time!!! I walked out after 40 minutes. So i sat there for NOTHING. How does this work: My ticket nr is 60, after the 40 minutes I waited nr 66 was helped already???? And you expect me to be the with this? One of your staff membera even said don't worry mam you are next??? What a JOKE!!!! </p> <p>P A T H E T I C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
