Waste of time trying to resolve matters through call centre

On 28 February I booked flight tickets to London. I made sure that the card was fully paid up but then received a text message that there were insufficient funds available. So I deposited sufficient funds in the card to ensure that the transaction would go through. I then phoned FNB to request authorization for the full transaction. I was transferred from pillar to post experiencing the usual high caller volumes while being passed around, until my air time eventually ran out after 27 minutes. nDombile who tried to help me, clearly did not understand my request and tried to explain matters to me that were not relevant. After this I was again placed on hold for the next consultant and this is were my air time and patience ran out. It is clearly a waste of time trying to work through the 087 number. I am disgusted at the level of service. All I wanted was for the transaction to be authorized now that the funds were sufficient.
