Waste of time and money

The fist time I booked a flight with ebucks travel all went well, the second time I booked a flight the money was taken from my credit card but the booking was not made, it took them weeks to sort out and the amount was substantial. I stupidly booked with them a third time as they advertise a free airport lounge visit when you book with them but when I queried why I didn't get my bonus lounge visit I was told that the flight has to originate in Johannesburg. Never mind that I booked a return flight to and from Joburg and I have not been able to find this fine print on their 100s of pages of t's and c's. Their admin fees cancel out any "discount" that they offer and if you want to change your flight you have to pay the airline admin fee to change plus their admin fee making it a very expensive exercise. Also it is not possible to change the booking on the website or app, you have to call them and give your card details over the phone. In my experience it is better to just book directly with the airline or with a reputable travel agent.
