WASTE OF TIME

<p>FNB is the worst bank ever they forever getting me upset.</p> <p>I tried applying for a overdraft last month with online banking everything was going ok when i went on the second page untill all of a sudden the page froze and then they said congratulation for applying for another FNB gold cheque account which i did't applky for ... i could cancell it i had to go to the Bank and do it there as if i have nothing else better to do.... by the way i got declined for the overdraft thanks Fnb. My recent issue i have been on the pocket savings account app from the inception og getting my card and i have a limit of R20 but today when i phoned to query why their werent any fund in my account because i did a lot of swiping last month thinking that the following week i will have funds in my pocket savings account but to my disapointment no funds they saying i don't have and amount set.Which is hog wash the last time i had money in this account was in January but according to the consultant it was December!!!! Just goes to show what a top system these guys use!!!! I layed a complaint months back regarding a seperate issue and to date no one has called!!!!!!! I think i need to go back to Capitec they treat their client much better!!!!</p> <p> </p>
