Waste of Time
I have recently requested another bond on a new property with yourselves and the assistance and service was shocking. My private banker is a waste of time so not sure why you charge a monthly service fee as there is no service. Every question or query I threw at him he either couldn't help or didn't respond. Is the solution for me to move all my accounts. I have banked with yourselves for 30 years , and my family and our business is with yourselves , I EXPECT MORE.
