Waste of my damn time, Shocking service.

If I could I would not even give a single star. I have been an FNB customer for about 9 years now and I am utterly disgusted by the service I have been receiving over the past two weeks. I had to physically go to the branch to get help only for my time to be wasted again. I also had to make two trips to the branch which was a waste of my petrol.
