Waste of Ebucks double fuel refuel

Ebucks team at FNB is completely in helpful , double up on ebucks is completely flawed , I phoned the ebucks team to assist first time I logged a query no one has contacted me back , when did a follow up they say I need find reciept and they cannot assist me , totally unhelpful I regret joining FNB - Ref number
