Waste of a "banking" platform

The most useless bank in South Africa, you are unable to phone to get assistance, you try maiking use of their useless "secure chat" which bounces you out all the time because it takes so long to get a response and then when someone FINALLY does get back to you they tell you that your device is not verified - the very same device you have been accessing your banking on for over a year. Happy to charge exhorbitant fees but very reluctant or incapable of providing any kind of service!
