Waste my time with nonsense
Today I received this threat from FNB. I have been living in the same town for 8 years now and took my proof of residence with countless times. And my address is still the same as it was at my previous address. So I don't know what's the use of this fica nonsense. All that FNB wants to do is waste my time. Rather have someone close my account and I will move to cappitec.

Received a second threat system today. I would like to know is there a bank ombudsman where I can report FNB I am getting really fed up with this nonsense, I was in the branch about a month ago to apply for a new card . Now my question is this, what did they do with my proof of residence, as you can't do any thing without a proof of residence.
