Was moving to FNB a mistake?

I recently moved my accounts to FNB.My Initial warm welcome Seems short lived .I have requested More than a month ago for a quotation to peg my bond rates on two occasions with a third being a direct request.But alas there is just silence from FNB Homeloans.This begs me to ask myself the question whether I had made a mistake changing banks as I did not have poor services from my previous bank and only moved to FNB on the recommendation that they are the most progressive bank.
