Was **** to, into switching to FNB Connect Sim by the FNB consultant
I've been getting calls from FNB for a while now, about the FNB Connect Sim. So I've been with FNB for about 6 years now, and I didn't show interest in signing up with their new sim card.
Now this lady calls me on the 7th of Feb, and she convinced me and sold me lies about the "FNB connect sim" and that through any transaction, I will receive a 1GB. I then ported my MTN number to FNB and only to find that this is false. The campaign has ended in January already, she called me this month, and what do we call this? ****? SPAM?
I called this department the previous week, and they told me that this issue has been escalated and someone will be in contact with me within a period of 48hrs. Its been 5 days later. I've trusted this bank but I'm beginning to wonder why I even "switched to FNB"
My fiancee was with ABSA and I convinced her to "switch to FNB" I've opened a youth account for my daughter and younger brother and I have various products and account with them. Well played guys.
