WARNING TO ALL FNB CONNECT CLIENTS!!!!!

Warning to all FNB CONNECT CLIENTS. I had questioned numerous times when will the debit order go off. As per untrained or lazy consultants, if it's the 25th it will go off the 25th going for 26th at 12pm. This over many recorded lines. But once again FNB only wants to see money that's all. I then requested my debit date be changed to the 10th as I reinstated my line on the 10th of Feb, now on 25th my line was disconnected for insufficient funds which means I'm again having to waste my time to sort your consultants problems out.
