Warning First National Bank does not care about you

FNB Life Insurance has approved a Temporary disability claim for 12 months, paid the first months amount and hasn't paid any more even after multiple phone calls and emails, all they tell me is that they having a problem, if that's the case Why am I paying for it? WARNING!!!!!!!!! Don't get Insurance from First National Bank, they don't really care about you, Maybe they will care if I sue them in court, I think that's the only way I'll get my claim out of them.
