WARNING - DO NOT USE FNB SHORT TERM INSURANCE

I have escalated my short term insurance claim outcome (which they obviously declined) and requested feedback (and the initial assessor report) --- no response. I shared photos of my (supposed) unmaintained roof with receipts. No response. I followed up on 26 March, 30 March, 8 April & 29 April. I am supposed to be a Private Fusion Client - but not even a response from my (paid for) Private Banker. I can only advise anyone to NOT use FNB Short Term Insurance.
