Wanting payment for a loan I DONT have

Stop calling me and telling me my personal loan account is in arrears! I don't have a personal loan account with FNB and when i try and phone to get that sorted, I only get the machine voice telling me to hold on and that you are experiencing higher than normal call volumes. I DONT HAVE A PERSONAL LOAN WITH YOU SO STOP BOTHERING ME AND TELLING ME TO MAKE PAYMENT!!!
