I app**** online for insurance for my laptop that I bought through FNB a long time ago. I asked for someone to contact me on Monday. They did warn me that there would be a 48 hour turn around time. I decided to be proactive and contact their call centre ***. However once you press option 1 they let it ring for a minute and then the call cuts.
