Want New Life Cover

From yesterday I've been calling FNB to get a new Life Cover but now it's seems they don't have interest of the new clients, I was told that yesterday someone is going to get hold of me but nothing no one, this morning again still the same I left all my details their services is very poor, I'm worried I wanted the normal life cover
