Want a reFICA a year later, don't respond to emails

<p>I have a business account with FNB for my trust. A year ago I FICAed, it was a painful process as to FICA a trust account you have to have all documents from all beneficiaries and all trustees (who are through out the country). But I did it because you need to comply to legal requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p>About a month ago I got a call from FNB asking for FICA documents again. I did my research and found that FICA documents are valid for 5 years. So I logged a complaint, as I thought that this will resolve it. It didn't, I kept on getting system smses and emails that I need to FICA. Twice I rep**** explaining the situation, but go no response. Today they emailed me and said they would freeze my account. So I called the number provided, went to a general queue system, was transfered and cut off 5 times. Eventually someone talked to me, but all they could say was "call the FICA" department. </p> <p> </p> <p>I thought FNB were known for customer service?</p>
