Wake up FNB

I am so absolutely tired, of FNB and their Online portal that does not work. The online portal is supposed to make your life easier, however, it simply does not work. It goes beyond my thinking, how the portal one day accepts my credentials and the next days it does not. FNB's lazy approach states; you typed it in wrong, however, I copy and paste and therefore it should work today if it worked yesterday. And then to add further insult, when I copy and paste on my mobile device it accepts the info.

It would seem that FNB is purposefully allowing gremlins onto the online platform to force people onto the mobile system.
