Wake up!

I've been trying to find out what interest rates I'll be charged on my 'pre-approved' revolving loan and personal loan on the app. The first time a few months ago, I gave up because of poor service. I tried again recently, not much has changed. To hell with this personal banker B.S. What the hell is it good for if you can't speak to a person that can give you answers. I was told by someone after I asked for my approved loan interest rate that it depends on profiles etc, why do you think I ****** called?? Thursday I phoned through twice. Collectively I sat on hold for 30min. Nothing. I laid a complaint yesterday, (Friday), received a call this morning while driving, said it wasn't convenient and I wasn't impressed with service. I received an email later. Still no answer. I rep****. Got another one back. Still no answer. It's now Saturday afternoon. You guys have had since Thursday just to come back to me with 2 figures. Does anyone there know what the hell they doing? I spoke to a truly professional lady months ago who helped me with an overdraft, and boasted about fnb purely on how fantastic this lady was. But this now, this is disgusting. Percy, if you're too busy, get staff that know what they doing or hand me over to someone else that can handle the work load. I'm a professional myself, with my own staff and problems and don't have to time to run after people to wipe their noses and make sure they do their jobs. And by all means, please check how many times I moan on hello Peter...
