waiting to down grade for private banking to gold

2020 August i liased with my then private banker Theresa Geldart to down grade my fnb private account to gold account. I am still waiting for the down grade. Theresa told me that she has sent an instrucation to her analyst by the name Reneilwe Mkhabela for processing . I am still waiting 9 months later. I am just wondering how long does it take to down to a gold account
